We’re closing the Sabay Sai Pop-up Camp season with a big celebration at the farm. For one day, Taipa Tam will turn into a cider-making workshop. Together we’ll head to the orchards, pick apples and pears, learn how to crush and press them, and launch the fermentation of future farm cider.
